Urgent Care

Our emergency hotline is staffed by:

• Veterinary nurses trained in taking emergency calls;

• On-duty veterinarians overseeing operations.

An overseeing veterinarian is available 24h/24 to:

• Assess the degree of urgency;

• Recommend if necessary a hospital appointment;

• Offer advice on the immediate first aid before the intervention;

• Provide medical advice, including post-operative and post-treatment advice.
